OVERVIEW

NetXposure offers Digital Asset Management solutions that can be customized to the specific needs of any organization.
All solutions are web-based and priced with unlimited user license. There are three basic purchase options available:

1. Purchase software license and host the solution on your own server
2. Purchase software license and host the solution with NetXposure
3. Purchase the software as a Month-to-Month service hosted by NetXposure

 

Step 1 - Select a Core License

Included in all of NetXposure’s core license offerings is the Image Portal module. Image Portal is a web-based repository with a Services Oriented Architecture that runs on all major server platforms and can store any digital file. The following features are included in the Image Portal module: Unlimited category hierarchy, 50 customizable metadata fields, WebDAV, basic image repurposing, LDAP Support, Advanced Searching, Versioning (Check in / Check out), Auto-tasking, Statistics Reporting, and Adobe Creative Suite 3 integration. The first step in purchasing a solution is to select one of four core license options based on asset limit:

• n1: 10,000 Asset Limit
• n2: 100,000 Asset Limit
• n3: 1,000,000 Asset Limit
• nx: No Asset Limit

 

Step 2 - Select Add On Modules

Video Module
QuickTime imaging technology is leveraged for audio and video previews, keyframe display, keyframe thumbnail selection, and format transcoding. Mac OS X platform required.

 

Syndication Module
Support for audio and video files enable assets to be designated for external syndication then made available on RSS 2.0 feeds that can be used by iTunes and other Podcast enabled clients.

 

Adobe Graphics Server
Adobe’s server based imaging technology allows for a wide range of image repurposing capability (size, format, colorspace, DPI, etc.) Additional capability includes EPS previews, multi-page PDF preview, and virtual PDF page flipper. Windows or Solaris platform required.

 

MediaRich Server by Equilibrium
This robust digital asset processing engine from Equilibrium automates image, animation, sound and digital video production.

 

Developer Tool Kit
Full Web Services API enables communication with external applications via SOAP and WSDL. IP-Interface enables users to extend content to external applications much like a traditional Content Management System.

 

Metadata Manager
Enables unlimited unique metadata fields and unlimited metadata templates based on user group, asset category, or asset attribute. Organizations with multiple divisions can customize the criteria with which each asset is stored, searched and retrieved.

 

Brand ID Manager
Enables different user groups to be presented with different Brand IDs in the form of logos and welcome pages.

 

Preview Extender
Provides extended support for thumbnail previews of asset formats not inherently supported. Mac OS X platform required.

 

Global Application Manager
Enables a multiple location system that is fault-tolerant, and load balanced.

 

EC Kit
Robust and scalable ecommerce application with full reporting features lets users turn digital archives into a profit center.

 

PDP Factory
Enables deployment of assets in a targeted and interactive rich media messaging format to external kiosk displays.
